A love for cooking and strong family traditions inspired him to bring old-fashioned treats—made following traditional recipes and wisdom—back to the market.
Thin, lacy-edged griddle pancakes are at risk of being forgotten. Mikko's mission is to preserve this culinary heritage by frying traditional griddle pancakes at various events, both indoors and outdoors.
Each year, around ten thousand (10,000) pancakes are made.
